This is probably a really simple thing to do, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I'm trying to read the latest revision of a document, but Reader insists on showing it with the changes thus: removed text/pictures are in red with a line through it, added stuff is in blue and underlined. Is there a way to turn that off? It's making it really difficult to read.
How did you create the document?
I didn't create the document; it was downloaded. I suppose the marks could actually be embedded in the doc itself, but it seems peculiar to me that a standards body would publish a document in such a state. I figured I must have a setting in my Reader tweaked poorly.
You know, now that I visit the site (to download the spec) again, there are two versions, differentiated by something called a "change bar". I bet I need the other version of the doc...
Sorry for wasting people's time!
