I rented a textbook from Barnes and Noble. You have to download NookStudy program in order to download the book in order to read it. When I try to download the book I keep getting an error message: "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. (download via authenticate: 2095). When I call Barnes and Noble they tell me it has something to do with Adobe. When I called Adobe they told me it would cost me to have this problem solved. I refuse to pay. Can anyone PLEASE help me
That isn't an Adobe Reader message.
Sounds like a download issue on their end or maybe a problem with your ISP. What version of Reader are you using? Is this a PDF that you are actually downloading or are you trying to open it in a browser?
Not sure what else to ask. It really doesn't sound like a Reader issue.
