    New Air developer questions

    ohemmi

      Hi,  I have a question that maybe a more seasoned person might be able to answer without much effort at all...

      I love verbose application logs, and i would like to write a log file for my app to record certain events. I have code that looks like...

      import mx.logging.*;

      then in my model.. something like ...

      private var userLogger:ILogger = Log.getLogger("user_log");

      then when i want to use it i call...

      userLogger.debug("Logging the user is created TEST ");

      this executes without error... But i cannot find my log...

      I'm on Mac OSX and i've looked in the local store with no luck. I've run in debug and run in normal mode. In debug does it log somewhere else? Any advice? I'm using the default logger target and location, what i have above is the extent of my logging code.
