Skins not showing?

I am trying to view a skin through an html project but it continues to say "loading". Even when I create a new project, the skin window opens for the default skin, but the skin is not visible and just says "loading." This happened when I first installed Robohelp on my new computer, so I reinstalled it and it worked. But now the same thing is happening again. Any ideas?

Is your project on a network or local drive. Does it occur on all skins?

My project is on a local drive, and it does occur on all skins.

It may be an issue with a missing file (see Ricks reply).

They can take an incredibly long time to load if you are low on RAM.
