    fx:XMLList not behaving as mx:XMLList with resourceManager

      Hi,

      I need a solution for the following issue.

      I have setup my project to work with locales and that is working fine.
      But fx:XMLList in Flex 4 does not behave like mx:XMLList in Flex 3.

      I use XMLList to create a MenuBar.
      The code in Flex 3 is this:

      <mx:MenuBar x="0" y="120" width="100%" id="myMenuBar" labelField="@label" height="45" fontFamily="Arial">

           <mx:XMLList id="myMenuBar" xmlns="">

                <menuitem label="{resourceManager.getString('...','...')}">

            </mx:XMLList>

      </mx:MenuBar>

      In Flex 4 this would be:

      <mx:MenuBar x="0" y="120" width="100%" id="myMenuBar" labelField="@label" height="45" fontFamily="Arial">

           <fx:XMLList id="myMenuBar" xmlns="">

                <menuitem label="{resourceManager.getString('...','...')}">

            </fx:XMLList>

      </mx:MenuBar>

      However i get an error with the menuitem. That i am not able to set the variable this way.
      Using mx:XMLList inside a Flex 4 project is not allowed. The XMLList is simply not within the namespace of MX anymore.
      And moved to the FX namespace.

      Is there a work arround?

      Best regards,

      Richard
