What's the seed folder for whskin_frmset01.htm (RH8)?

I've had to customise whskin_frmset01.htm, as well as WHTBAR.JS and WHSKIN_BANNER.HTM) for a new RH skin I've created. I've figured out where to put out the latter two so that they're included in the generation.

But does anyone know where I need to put whskin_frmset01.htm? At the moment I have to manually drop it into the generated webhelp folder after each webhelp generation.

(FYI - the issue editing whskin_frmset01.htm adressed was to force a border to appear between the toc and topic pane in chrome - otherwise the border was blank.)

I believe these files are generated on the fly so your only option is to do as you are doing now.
