With memory address issues, it is often some program, or process, that loads at boot-up, that is either not correctly reporting its memory addresses correctly to the OS, or is telling the OS that it has released the memory addresses, when it has not.
I would start with the tips in this ARTICLE.
Memory is not at all the same thing as hard drive space
Memory is what the program uses to "think" with, hard drive space is the "suitcase" it uses to carry things with
As Hunt (sorta) said, you have something wrong in your configuration and/or software that is starting when you turn your computer on... sorta like you are looking at a bird in flight so you can't think about your grocery list

If your problem isn't fixed after you follow all of the steps, report back with ALL OF THE DETAILS asked for in the FINALLY section
8 gig on the C drive, by the way, is not nearly enough "breathing space" for this program to open. You'll need more like 20-30 gigs of free space -- and that should be regularly defragmented.
So that alone could explain why your program won't open.
