InDesign CS5 Crashing at "Starting up Service Registry"

    jaredryanlee

I'm running Windows 7 (32-bit).  All other Adobe applications work fine.  InDesign worked fine yesterday.  I'm getting the following error after the crash in the Windows event viewer:

Faulting application name: InDesign.exe, version: 7.0.2.522, time stamp: 0x4c3ead95
Faulting module name: BIB.dll, version: 1.2.2.7565, time stamp: 0x4b900a93
      Exception code: 0xc0000005
      Fault offset: 0x000019ff
      Faulting process id: 0xdc0
      Faulting application start time: 0x01cb504d848b4375
      Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5\InDesign.exe
      Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5\BIB.dll
      Report Id: c6bcaa95-bc40-11df-969f-0023aea121bb

I've been researching this problem all day and have tried every single possible solution I've found including:  deleting preferences, checking folder permissions, rebooting, running updates, and even changing the default printer.

The PC is on a domain and InDesign launches with no problems with any other user logged into the PC.

I did install a new graphics card yesterday (GeForce 210) and a second monitor.  I've seen other threads reference a multiple monitor issue but found no threads detailing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
