    72 hours support response!







      Can anybody beat this? I bought and downloaded PrePro Cs5 three days ago and upon loading the software I had two issues, updates failure and missing codec problem.  I submitted a request for assistance via the Adobe support portal. 72 hours later they responded with CUT AND PASTE generic uselessness.

      Their generic response began with 4 paragraphs (my time taken to read) stating how they value my time… go figure. They then asked five questions as to what was taking place at the time my issue arose. ALL five answers were already covered in my original support request email to them. I wonder if it will take another 72 hours for their response to this?




      FYI forum members, I fixed the update and codec problems myself.
