Hello, lately I have been seeing this "bounce" effect in lots of stuff, so, I've been wondering if there's an special "line of code" (in ActionScript 3.0) or how can I do THIS kind of effect, I just want approach in order to research more about it. If you have done this or know how to make it I will be grateful to you.
There are many tweening libraries—from the built in Tween class to TweenLite/Max. They all allow for different easing functions, i.e., how does the tweened property go from start to finish. Many of those easing function have some kind of overshoot and/or oscillation that creates that effect.
Scroll down a bit on this page:
and you can play with the different easing function.
And TweenLite/Max is a very good, lightweight, and fast Tweening engine. I recommend it.
Thank you very much! that was a very detailed answer , and definitely what I was looking for.
