These solutions don't work. Tech support by chat and by phone refuses to help me. I am about to just cancel the order and get my money
I would just like to let the folks over at Adobe know I solved my issue. I had to use Piratebay to download a stolen verison of your software
and install it with my legally purchased CD keys. I hope someone in upper management sees this and understands how utterly pathetic is that MONTHS after your software is released people are still having the same issues. I called your tech support, used your chat service and got NOTHING. Your tech lines actual told me "sorry sir, but the problem is obviously you we can't help you" AND HUNG UP.
