I recently downloaded the adobe digital editions to download my e-book for class on my dad's computer. when his printer wouldn't work, i then downloaded it onto my laptop. now the adobe digital editions keeps telling me that the e-book is licensed to another user, but the user is my email address. i asked the adobe support for help and they told me to deactivate my authorization and then re-authorize it with my adobe ID. I tried that and it still won't let me access my e-book. it keeps telling me that it is licensed to another user. I used the same ID and password for downloading my software so i'm at a complete loss on what to do. I need the book for my online class so ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks
Sounds like the book is licensed to the account on your Dad's computer (your Dad?), and not to you. To read it you will need to use your Dad's AdobeID, or contact the book seller in question and ask for a new download (which they may or may not give).
