ToC not exporting to ePub

I am using CS4. When I have tried exporting my book to Digital Editions I get the dialogue that says select your ToC style. But I cannot do it, I only have default as an option. I did save a ToC preset style when I generated it, and my ToC paragraph styles are NOT in groups. But the ToC doesn't show up in epub file.

If I make and ePub and turn off ToC in the dialogue I can get the Document Named navigation to show up in ADE. But I am tweeking the XHTML in Sigil, and the ToC or navigation doesn't show up at all there. (Would it in any other XML editor?)

I am stumped and don't know what to do!
