how about use an achor point?
I have tried that but it seems that I cannot get the anchor point to sort of float onthe
larger image. From what I can tell the anchor has to come before or after the
image I would love to put it on the image as Ithought that was what I could easily do.
My code sends the visitor to the site to make a purchase at PayPal. What I want to do is have the hotspot act like a button. Can this be done?
Image maps are not HTML form submit buttons. So no, it won't work.
In code view, simply copy and paste the PayPal ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button codes into your HTML page.
That does not solve problem. I now realize that I cannot either make an image Hotspot that will work or float a text box on the image. The image is a header. We were trying to avoid making a Flash Header with interactive buttons as we were looking on getting this thing up quickly. I developed a workaround by putting a Hotspot on the image and having the Hotspot linked to a page that automatically activated the code and did the task. It was more complicated than we wanted t do but it got the job done. Thanks for all your suggestions.
