DW is not a draw program, and neither is FP. If you look at your FP pages
in anything other than IE, you won't see those lines you have drawn.
You can use an HTML horizontal rule for a horizontal line, or you can use a
border on a page element for the same purpose.

Thanks for the reply. Does this mean drawing arrows won't work? I have inserted a screen dump and I am wanting to point to specific areas of the image using arrows.

You'll have to add the arrows in an image editor or screen capture software
such as SnagIt.
Then insert the image (complete with arrows) into the page using DW.
