Which server-side scripts does your server support?
If yours supports php, look at the formmailer.php script from DB masters. Or
Google Formmailer scripts for the flavor you need.

I did see that in my research but since I've never done php I was hoping for something more familiar. I'm sure it's not as easy as cut/paste. Can you give me a little introduction to what I need to do?

Which form mail script are you using?
I'm not familiar with that mailer, but after looking briefly at the docs it doesn't appear to support the feature you want. You will probably need to use a different form mail script.
