the salesperson enlightened me as to the delay...very interesting...never would have thought of it.
So enlighten us as well...what did he tell you?
i couldnt go back and give it to you the way he told me.
It did make sense at the time.
He said something about Mac and Apple Not having the capability to support the gtx 480...only the gtx 470
And a Mac running Adobe CS5 wont be able to take the gtx 480....and Mac likes to be very quiet about that stuff.
Thats the best i remember.
Now what do you think of the Machine?
Good system, but you would do yourself a favor if you add a couple more disks.
I would go for a 1000w psu, as the 980x and gtx 480 take alot of power.
also consider 1600mhz memory, and Asus P6X58D mobo,
for CPU Cooler the noctua NH-14D & The Corsair H70 are good.
the rest is looking GOOD.
What would you add?
Thanks Studio N!
My salesman asked me if i was going to overclock and since i dont know mu
ch about it io said probably not.
So he said i wouldnt really need the extra power or anything over that 1333 ram
What if you do decide to OC in the future, its always best to buy now.
Also can your builder OC your PC for you.
Does anyone onw if i can put a Mac OS on thi

My main Editor has a mac and has XP as well.....he runs OSX FCP one one side
and Windows CS5 on the other
are you saying it is not allowed the other way around?
I'm saying that running osx on any system that apple didn't build is against the license agreement. Also from what I've heard, it normally has problems with specific features and so on. However, from what I've seen it gets some extreme bench mark results
