YouTube responds with "Online service encountered an error"

I am using Premiere Elements 8.0.  I can upload video to Photoshop.com with no problems.

When I try to use the YouTube share, the program either:

      1) Hangs at the logon screen

      2) Pops up a dialog box with "Online service encountered an error."

I need assistance in trying to find a solution to make this work.

Have you gone to Edit/Preferences and updated your Web Settings? Adobe implemented this update feature to try to keep up with YouTube's moving target of settings. But it coudl be that YouTube has outrun the program again!

So iif that still doesn't work, there are manual ways to create an MOV and then manually load it to YouTube, as described in the FAQs to the right of this forum. Meany people prefer this method as it often produces cleaner, more detailed video.
