I experienced the same. After few more retries - it worked. I believe it is related to the maintenance Kuler announced earlier.
Having same trouble. Can sign in fine at adobe.com but not at Kuler
I am having the same log-in issue, and it is very frustrating! I saw the notice about site maintenance all weekend, but clearly the problem is greater than just potential issues with creating new accounts. I was able to access things fine on Friday night, and created new themes and saved them, but have been thwarted in my attempts to log in ever since.
I think I got in once, but even then I got an error when trying to access my Favorites.
Anyone hear of any resolutions? The site is still indicating that maintenance should have been completed Sunday.
I am still having trouble logging into Kuler as well. Logged into my Adobe account just fine.
Saw that maintenance work on site was occurring last night so I decided to wait and try this morning. Still having trouble so I changed my adobeID password and still cannot log into Kuler (but can log into Adobe.
HELP - I really want to access my Kuler!
I couldn't log in last night. This morning I changed my password and was able to log in. However, now I cannot save anything! So frustrating! I have client waiting for a proof and I can't match the colors to the picture she sent me. Arrgh!
I'm still unable to even log in, and I'm in a similar situation with a predefined colour palette which I'm now unable to use. I hope this can get sorted out soon.
After trying for a couple of hours I'm able to log in. BUT, I get any error when I try to open 'MyKuler'. I need to get to my color schemes. Has anybody from Adobe replied yet? It doesn't look like it. Come on Adobe, we need your help here.
Ditto...extremely frustrating. Anyone here get a resolution yet? I see other comment threads w/same issue. Will fish around & post here if I find anything useful. Until then, this service is completely useless to me.
And I'm also unable to update Air, which has resulted in my Kuler app's failure.
@Adobe: Guys you shouldn't have a tool which just breaks and no longer works. I have a bunch of themes I need for a mood board presentation tomorrow and I can;t get at them. Very annoying!

When you try to connect using the site's Flash/Flex login panel, it traces this to the FlashBug window:
so I opened this services URL in the browser and it gives me this XML response:

let me tel you what I have noticed :
I tried to sign in with 2 computers :
The first one runs with Windows VISTA : Impossible to sign in, KULER does not recognize my Adobe ID
the second one runs with Windows XP : I am able to sign in, no problem.
Do you think it could come from vista ?
I hope that someone from ADOBE will reply soon to this topic. For the story I was chating with adobe support 5 min ago and at a moment the guy ask me : "Could you please tell me what is Kuler online?"
:-D be patient folks, if even there employees do not know what is Kuler !!!!
Well I come back to you because I just solve my probleme.
I just created un new Adobe account ID (so with a new email adresse) and use it to sign in in KULER on line. and it works.

having the same issue very depressing.
Making a new account doesn't solve the problem for me. There is definitely a bigger issue at play here.
I couldn't log in. Changed account password, now I can log in. But can't do anything once I get in. Can't upload a photo. Sad.
Anyone have any idea how to find out when it's going to be fixed?
Still can't login into Kuler. Changed my password twice now, and still no luck.

We have investigated the issue, it has now been resolved. You should be able to successfully log into Kuler with your Adobe ID.
