I recently started to use Acrobat for the purpose of highlighting or mark up or adding in comments to present my pdf documents. I also found that this is a very useful software. I always submit my highlighted pdf documents to my boss or manager to review what I submit to them clearly. However, I found out that some of them can't see the highlighting, comments or whatever I added in. I am quite disspointed that all my effort is wasted.
Is there any solution for Adobe Reader to be able to see the highlighting and comments added by Acrobat ???

All comments made in Acrobat should (in principle) be viewable in Reader.
You should provide some more information about your problem, starting with which versions of Acrobat and Reader are being used, which operating systems, and perhaps even a sample file.
