So I'm planning to make a puzzle, and I'm really not good at it. I was really wondering if anybody could give me the code where the pieces of puzzles sticks together when it is bought closer to it? I have found a tutorial for that in AS3 so I was wondering if it's possible in AS2.
sure, it's possible.
for each piece you should know the _x,_y,_rotation of the piece's final position. if the piece is dropped within a certain tolerance to those values and is within a certain tolerance to a neighbor, snap it to its final position.
How am I supposed to do that? Sorry, I'm new at this.
