I could have sworn Premiere had a feature that let you see within the project bin which video clips you have actually placed on the timeline. Or maybe this was another editing program. If any of you have seen this feature in Premiere can you clue me in on where to find it?
So far I've been manually changing that little square color tile in the project window next to a clip after I've used it. Sure wish this was automatic.
Its called the Video Useage Colum in the Project Bin
Additonally there is a triangle drop down next to the clip preview IN THE PROJECT BIN ..that shows useages and locatioN in the timeline oF EACH USEAGE
Craig has pointed you to the proper column. You can arrange those, to suit. I have Video & Audio Usage Columns near the front of the list, as I find them very important.
Thanks... I think that's what I'm looking for. Could have sworn I tried the drop down triangle but I must have missed it. I'll look again.
