    Please help to many activation

      Hello

       

      Today I received my new iMac. I had deactivated the account on the old one and now I can not activate the new one.

      I receive the message to many activation.

       

      I have submitted the casee

      0181824173 .

       

      If somebody can help me i need to sync my books for work and study. The webcase tell my respons within 3 days. But it would be nice

      if I can have this faster. The exam is coming and I do not like to buy the books in hardcover :-(.

      P.S. what is the reason that I can not deactivated the account on old computers like other application (iTunes etc....)
