Saving to a file from swf loaded in an EXE application

My application (an EXE developed with Visual C++) is using flash activex control. It will load an swf file. I need to save some data from swf as a file. For that I found there is no direct way to do this. But the container EXE can do this for the swf.

My question is, can we call a function in the application from swf? I need to pass the filename, data, etc., to the container application. I tried using FSCommand for this purpose. But I don't know how to pass multiple parameters to the application. Is there any other methods?

Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

      Thank you.
