Acrobat Reader, Citrix, and disk quotas

      I've a problem with Acrobat Reader 9.0.0.

We are using this app in a Citrix PS4.5 environnement, with a disk quota tool. When users store too much data, the tool locks the directory.

But this directory contains the "%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\SharedDataEvents" file. So when a locked user try to open a PDF, Acrobat Reader freezes. If i disable the quota for the user, Reader unfreezes.

What is this file used for ? Can i configure Reader to not use this file ?

I used "FilemonNT" to monitor the AcroRD32.exe process, here is the screenshot.

      Thanks in advance.
