    Posting Multiple Documents using Contribute 4

      My organization is attempting to put our ~400 job descriptions online in PDF format. How can I make a list of 400 job titles more user-friendly using Contribute 4? Can I add searchability? Is there a way to allow users to sort the documents (by department, job title, union, etc) using Contribute 4? I am able to edit our website using Contribute 4, but all other types of development must go through our IT department (which I'd prefer to aviod). Any suggestions are much appreciated.
