RH8: Images imported in Word doc have poor resolution

I import Word documents into RH8 Html, and usually they work fine.

This time, though, the images are coming in at reduced resolution.  Also, I can't copy/paste the images individually - they simply don't paste into RH.  I can paste them into Paint, then copy/paste them into RH, and then the resolution is correct - but I really don't want to have to fix these one at a time.

The Word documents were created in Word 2010, and the import process done with Word 2007 (since RH8 doesn't support 2010).  We also tried downsaving them into Word 2003 format, but that didn't help.

The Drawing Canvas was turned off in Word, and the images look normal in the Word documents.

Any ideas?  Thanks for any help...

Same problem occurred here.

We didn't investigate. Could be related to the original format of images imported into Word (gif o jpg)...?
