Xtrema : Calling C++ from lingo

    Level 7
If you have vc6 installed, and you 'd like to test a method for easily
      calling c++ functions from lingo:

      http://xtrema.rtr.gr/cDown/files/Xtrema_v1.0.473.0.rar

The package contains a lingo movie and a vc6 skeleton project.
To a c++ novice, it should take less than 10 minutes to start adding
      callable handlers..
The project has been tested only with vc6 - a few modifications may be
required to run on newer versions.

The archive also contains a WinNT, IIS and LDAP (active directory) browser
      movie..
Network / Computer / User / Services info etc.
Note that the calls are synchronous, so Director will not respond till a
      connection is established...
Also this is for viewing only. Creating/modifying values to be added.
The text members in this movie, with the exception of the filed on the left,
are unicode vText members (many sprites from single member).

      Regards,
      - alchemist.

          update:
The code will now compile on vc2005/2005express.
Instructions for downloading and installing the free ms vc 2005 express
          editor/compiler added.
DLL files produced can be embedded in a director movie.
