Looks like you accidentally deleted the setup cache files from your system required by the system to update and/or uninstal the product.

Thanks, Ankit. I followed your link to the article, which talked about an installer package. But when I clicked on "read more", it said that they took away the link to download because some number of people found that it had corrupted other things.
