Are you asking which sequence settings to use? Fortunately, you can just drag an asset to the New Item button at the bottom of the Project panel, and the sequence will be set up with the settings that match the asset. See this page.

only need to use 25fps.all the other things are the same
now i try 2 export a clip for encoding to avi.
"my clips were with small squares"
so my settings, i used hdv
1080 50i anamorphic
then my mts-clip export
preset dv pal widescreen
but underneath that i see
video codec dv pal
but when i import this file again i see in the right screen that my clip is to small??!!

You say you have AVCHD footage but then you say you used a HDV preset. ( HDV video is 1440x1080 for 1080i footage )
Since your footage is AVCHD you should be using the AVCHD preset for 1920x1080 50i standard NOT anamorphic.
Anamorphic is if your footage is 1440x1080 with a par of 1.333
What is your goal for output. DVD ? WEB ?
Since you chose the export settings as:
Format: Microsoft AVI
Preset: PAL DV
then you are telling premiere that you want the final product to be 720x576
If that is not what you want to do you cant use the PAL DV preset for export.
