    Horizontal Drop Menu Preference?

    u6crash Level 1
Hello, I'm fairly new to the forum. I've been using Dreamweaver since MX, but got out of touch with it for a while and now I'm trying to learn all this CSS stuff.

Somehow I ended up working on a website project for work on my spare time and unfortunately instead of having any creative license, I'm being told to build it instead of design it. One of the new requirements is they want a drop down menu stemming from the navigation bar. I've seen several CSS examples online, but none I'm thrilled with. Would you mind telling me your preferred method would be for maximum compatibility? I shouldn't need any sub menus.

Use a simple unordered list element, with each <li> floated left.
