    Pre-Filled Form not working

      We have been working on deploying a new image company wide and have been deploying in 2 stages. Now we find that users accessing an insurance company site that has a pre-filled form can't get the form to fill or show properly. Browser message for "Download file now" comes up but then sends IE8 into a loop trying to download and apply with the Reader.

       

      Some desktops have 9.3.2 and some have 9.3.4. On a test desktop, it was updated using DLM and Administrator account, any new user logging in works fine, current user didn't work until I deleted Adobe key in CurrentUser in Registry. Then the form worked properly.

       

      We are a bit reluctant to implement a registry delete without really knowing why this is happening. We are using IE8...

       

      Any thoughts??
