To play devils advocate, they ARE a company with stockholders and it IS a free product.
Now for the informational piece of our program. You found the FREE support for Adobe Reader (supplied by Adobe). If you would like to give us some details, we may be able to help even more than their paid for support.
Here's an odd thing. I attempt to download reader and get the DLM download. What's up with that? thanks,tm
If you tell us the desired language and target operating system, someone will give you a direct download link without DLM.
E.g. latest English version for Windows http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.4.0/en_US/AdbeRdr940_en_US.exe
Hi - Thanks for your quick response. I am running Windows XP Pro SP 3 in English. I searched through the community and found a reference to the product/pubs links yesterday; I also found a pubs link for Flash Player there. Successfully downloaded and extracted both.
Thanks again for your help.
