    Kuler Klash

    iPhidias

I updated my Adobe ID email & password because I changed email services.

I can login into Kuler without issue, however

whenever I attempt to view "My Kuler" or save a Kuler theme,

      I recieve "Kuler Klash" error:

When I refresh the page, my old Adobe ID appears insrtead of my new Adobe ID (& yes I sign-in with my updated information successfully!)

I have cleared cache, deleted cookies, tried every alternative browser...

      And nothing but same result

      "Kuler Klash" error:

4 days later & still same results & without developer explanation?

          This is frustrating.

          .... & disappointing.

            Hello,

We tried but we were not able to reproduce the problem that you mentioned. In order to diagnose the problem, we would like to get some more information regarding the problem that you are facing. Which OS are you working on and which browsers have you tried?

In order to resolve the problem, which cache have you tried deleting? Is it the browser cache?

Can you please try deleting the following folder on your machine and relaunch kuler?

            On windows:

            C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\<Folder specific to your machine>\kuler.adobe.com

            On Mac:

            <User>/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/<Folder specific to your machine>\kuler.adobe.com

Please let us know if this helps.

            Thanks,

            Vikram Sethi

I have the same trouble as described above.

I log in, with my Adobe-account, but get this message when I choose Mykuler. (Kuler klash, error:        )

This happens no matter what system I use, PC or mac, regardless of browser. IE, firefox, Chrome, Safari.

              I have tried everything.

              Someone.

              Please help me.

              I need Mykuler.

                Hi hs_polykrom,

The Kuler Klash error is usually caused by a problem with your browser caches. To fix this, clear your Flash Player cache and your browser cache. This document has some general instructions for accomplishing this:

                http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407890.html

If you are still seeing the error after that, then please do the following:

                1. Reset the password for your Adobe ID (i.e. e-mail address):

                  https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?form=pwd&nf=1&nl=1

                2. After completing the password reset workflow, wait for a few minutes, like 10 to 15, before logging into Kuler.

If you're still having the problem after that, respond here again or send me a PM and I'll investigate further.

                Hope this helps!

                    Sorry.

                    I tried this.

But it didn't solve the problem.
