Linking HTML files in Captivate 4

Hello,

I'm trying to publish/export files created in Captivate 4 to an HTML format.  I understand how to export the HTML files and their associated SWFs (as well as the JavaScript file), but I'm having troubles linking one .htm file to another.  Originally, I'd have a button set to "open other project" with the .htm file being the other project.  This worked yesterday, but now I try to do that and the button becomes inactive - nothing happens.  Is there something I've set wrong?  Any help would be appreciated.
