I'm hoping someone out there can help me with a teeny, tiny problem that is leaving with a ginormous headache! My company uses Contribute CS4 to maintain web pages. My Contribute was working fine until IT issued me a new PC and reinstalled the Contribute software. I can make any edit I want except changing font size. Whenever I change font size and try to "Publish" Contribute instanteously crashes.
Our IT department uninstalled and reinstalled Contribute and ran all updates to no avail.
In the whole big picture this is relatively minor but, being a bit of a perfectionist, I just can't stand being the owner of a website that hosts a hodge-podge of fonts!
Can you try saving the document once after changing the font (before publishing the web page), using Ctrl+S or File -> Save, and then publish the web page.
Thanks for replying Krishna, I have tried saving the document (using both hot keys and the "Save for later" button) but the same thing happens so I cannot even try publishing by saving first because as soon as I try to save Contribute crashes and closes. If you have any other ideas I'd love to hear them.
