    False start

      I am completely green to flex, so I may be missing something trivial but this is what I experience:

      (1) installed Flex 2.0 SDK and started learning with examples.

      (2) HelloWorld example with some enrichments and modifications to spice it up works fine.

      (3) Dashboard example, oh... that's where the problems start.

      This is "out-of-the-box" example downloaded, unzipped, no modifications. When I compile it I get the following:

      RegionBreakdown.mxml(186): Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: HitData.
      private function formatDataTip(hitData:HitData):String

      The above appears few times wherever HitData is in the code and at the end I get:

      RevenueTimeline.mxml(114): Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: SeriesInterpolate.
      <mx:SeriesInterpolate id="interpolate" elementOffset="10"/>

      RevenueTimeline.mxml(45): Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: ChartBase.
      public var chart:ChartBase;

      I checked the documentation for the flex packages and all errors above seems to be related to mx.charts. All other includes seem to be OK.

      What am I missing?

          I think the charts need to be licensed separately?
