RAM Preview error: Ram Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback

Hi, I recently started getting error messages (saying the discussion's title) whenever I pressed "0" to RAM Preview my work. I've disabled multiprocessing, tried enabling/disabling all my footage and corresponding effects, but to no avail. It's a 5-second video withOne of my sources is a .jpg, one is a Quicktime movie played overtop of the .jpg, and then there are 6 .wav sound effects. The only other thing I can think of that I have is a Drop Shadow effect on the Quicktime movie and B&W on the .jpg. The current time marker is also set to the beginning of the timeline, and I've cleaned out my cache.

      Comp. Settings

      Width: 720 px

Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC (0.91)

      Frame Rate: 29.97

      Res: Full

Any tips on what else I could try? Thanks
