I'm using FXG to export my illustrator objects an then I use them in FlashBuilder.
Everyting work nice except when I make area texts in Illustrator.
Area texts are converted into RichText tags in FXG and it seems that flex doesn't render them the same way.
See screenshots, the first screen is Illustrator, the second is Flex.
You can see the first column has more words in the Flex version.
Or you can see that the last column has more rows in the Illustrator version.
Is it a known issue ? is there a solution like a param in Illustrator that is not set in the FXG file so Flex cannot render exactly like Illustrator ?
Yes, I see your point on the differences. Can you please file a bug in our Flex Bug base?
In the bug, add your Illustrator file and .fxg file (if you don't mind it being public). This way, we can have a look and play with it a bit to offer some advice as to what might be going on.
