woodwizer Nov 1, 2010 7:16 AM (in response to woodwizer)ok thanks, this is starting to make sense now. One point. I converted some files to h.264 MP4 files. It appears that I can't add meta data to these mp4 files and indeed I may not be able to edit them in Premiere? Is that right? (I'm away from my PC at the moment, so can't check it).
If this is true and I can not edit h.264, then what should I convert to? Can I down sample the HDV M2T files to a SD format without loosing too much of the quality (over and above the obvious differences between HDV and SDV
