    Blur and rendering output settings

      Hello

I am new to premiere pro and need some advice. I have placed a camera blur on my footage and plays back in the preview screen of premiere pro great and looks exactly how I would want it, but when I do a test render I am getting poor results and was wondering if anyone could offer some advice or point me in the right direction. I will try and include some of the variables that may or may not be impacting upon my result. The piece of footage is a still photograph and I am scaling over time I am essentially zooming in. I have also placed a camera blur effect that applies over time. I have tried to output to various filetypes, computer formats all with similar results. Any idea why the blur is not as smooth as it is in the premiere pro preview pane, it looks a little pixelated in my opinion.

      Thanks
