WebHelp doesn't create a CHM file, but Microsoft HTML Help does. Try generating that and then look in your !SSL!\Microsoft_HTML_Help folder (unless you specify another location).
When I did this, my Glossary does not display????
It does display when generating using WebHelp

In the HTML Help Options, there's a drop-down list where you can specify a glossary to use. Is the correct one selected?
Please don't cross-post as it makes it difficult to find an answer when the responses are strewn around the forums (e.g. you might get the correct answer on the HTML Help forum, but the same post on Webhelp might remain unanswered.)
