If you have software after April 9, 2007, you don't need the ALM disabled software. If you have older software, contact support. Follow the instructions on that page.

Ed Puariea Nov 5, 2010 9:45 AM (in response to Ed Puariea)We are a law firm and our internet is fairly restricted, I can't download the E-License if that’s what you’re alluding that I follow. Is there a problem with us obtaining the ALM disabled software?
Q: Do users need access to the Internet or corporate network?
A: As long as you obtain an ALM-disabled installation software as explained above, no e-license is required, and therefore no connection to either Internet or corporate network is required
