I received a .pdf document for my review; it is formatted in 8 1/2 x 11 portrait orientation. I want to re-save it in landscape orientation, with the original text on the left half (leaving the right half wide open to add my comments). I can do this if I send it to a paper printer (by manipulating the printer's position settings via the print menu), but then I must hand-write my comments & scan the document (which bloats it incredibly). However, if I send it to the Adobe PDF printer, it automatically centers the text in the landscape orientation. How can I position it off-center to maximize white space on one side?
