    HTML pages in Russian

    pauldecle
As part of a new project I need to build a few web pages in Russian. I am at a loss as to how to achieve this.

I would welcome any and all advice and assistance.

I am working in Dreamweaver MX
      Mac OSX 10.4.9
      PowerBook G4
      loading to a Linux server

The English-language version of Dreamweaver MX does not support Cyrillic
and other non-Roman scripts. You need a minimum of Dreamweaver 8 to do that.

            That would explain it ;-)

Thanks for your advice, I have been pulling my hair out over this, time to upgrade I guess.

            Kind Regards,

I am using Dreamweaver MX, version 7 and I have no problem. When I want to type in Russian, I simply select the Russian language keyboard. When I need to add tags, I go back to the English keyboard. My operating system is WIndows 2000. I cannot get the box with WIndows XP to behave when I want to type in Russian. For some reason it will not allow me to use a keyboard that is close to the English keyboard.

I just realized that you are using a Mac. That might be the issue.
