Kuler website is made as a swf, so you won't be able to print it directly. You can always share your themes with a unique link. Alternatively, all themes are accessible across various Adobe products like Photoshop and Illustrator, from where the themes can be accessed and filled into any required shapes and printed at any resolution supported by the software.
Working with color-managed applications like Illustrator or Photoshop will produce the best results for printing, since you should retain the original colors from Kuler all the way to the printer.
If you utilize an application that doesn't use color management, then you may not get a printout of the same colors you saw on the web.
With that said, it's possible for you to look at the color values themselves (e.g. Hex, RGB, HSV, etc.) in Kuler, and then use those values elsewhere. See the Kuler Help for some information about this if you're not familiar:
Thanks for your help. And yes, I've been using the "add this theme to swatches" button in CS4, but whoever laid out the site did such a great job with the way it looks, it's a shame to not be able to use it as is. Technology is what it is, however.
I have submitted a request to the development team to add this feature to Kuler.
