I got a spark list with a TileLayout. It has the requestedColumnCount set to a specific value and the list is centered vertically. The initial dataProvider has many elements so that scrolling is necessary.
The problem is now that if I change the dataProvider to have less items so that vertical scrolling is no longer necessary the scroll bar still is visible and the height of the list is unchanged so that it appears to be not centered correctly. If I try to scroll the scroll bar dissapears and the height is corrected.
I tried to invalidate the size of the list etc. but nothing worked.
How can I fix it so that the correct height is set after the dataProvider is changed?
Here is an example: http://pastebin.com/N8D2GkPM
Thanks in advance.
I am not seeing the behavior you describe with the Flex Hero preview release. When I click the "Switch data provider button", Test1, Test2 and Test3 appear horizontally in a centered box and the scroll bar is not visible.
Ok thanks. The problem is that the application is released to thousands of users. I think I will try to use hero and see if there are any problems.
