    Password problem


      I purchased some pdfs earlier this year that were password protected--I was able to open them successfully then but now cannot.  I am using the correct password, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version of Reader, I've been in touch with the document seller...nothing seems to be working.  There is no error that pops up, nothing at all happens when I enter my password.  I'm on a PC and use Firefox if that makes any kind of difference.  Any ideas?
