In Premiere CS5 the two windows at the top are displaying, for lack of a better description, dropout in the video. (Small white sparkles or pixels filled with white.) the same clips play with no dropout in quicktime. I am working in standard DV/NTSC. the output resolution is set to full for the windows in premeire. I am using an NVIDIA GTX 460 video card. Is there a setting I am missing?
How it looks on the internal monitors is of minor concern. Does the footage export correctly? If yes, you can safely ignore any oddities that don't inhibit editing and just keep on editing...
The dropout appears when I export the sequence just as it appears in the sequence window in premeire.
You say you're working in DV/NTSC. Does that apply to the clips, the sequence, the export...?
In other words, what are the specifics details of all three elements?
