Viewing the clip in the source monitor and or in programme monitor the audio and video are out sync by about 13 frames (sound lagging). Updated PP 5.0.2
Audio hardware Default device = Premier Pro WDM settings. I do not understand these settings

OOS (Out Of Sync) is often caused by the material used. What are the full specs. of your source files? [Note: one of the questions in the link that John T. provided.]
